Program Overview:
SafeTrac.us will supply your company with highly visible, durable, retro-reflective decals to be applied to all vehicles in your company's fleet. On them will be listed a vehicle number, our website address, and our toll-free number.
Our program includes a safety call center, which provides live, around-the-clock, in-house customer support representatives to take motorist observation reports. By using SafeTrac.us Driver and Fleet Monitoring System, you can count on 24-hour-a-day service, 7 days a week. The caller will always speak to a real person and never get a busy signal. All information will be documented by our customer service representatives in a courteous, professional manner, objectively from an unbiased third-party. All calls and reports are then reviewed and verified by our safety manager to eliminate false reports.
Once a report is authenticated, notification of the incident is forwarded immediately to the client. Our safety manager will call your safety manager in situations that require immediate action. SafeTrac.us provides real-time information about drivers and performance to fleet safety managers and supervisors, allowing for quick response to emergency situations, driver performance, compliments, complaints, or any other observance by the caller.
Reliability is a key factor in making sure you are getting the calls you are supposed to receive. Without the program, you may never know if anyone has called with a report, or whether those calls which were received were directed to the right person, and what action was taken, if any. When a motorist calls in with a compliment or complaint, the callers are handled live by a multilingual safety operator. All calls are digitally recorded in our database, enabling us to review a conversation and report completely and accurately all aspects to your company.
Reports:
Observation reports are transmitted in real-time by e-mail or fax to the designated managers and supervisors at your company. Managers or supervisors may then contact callers to get further details, if desired.
Your company will receive three types of vehicle observation reports:
- Emergency Reports: Reports which may include equipment failures, leaks of hazardous material, collisions, etc. These reports require immediate action and are transmitted by telephone directly to key management on a 24 hour basis.
- Complaint Reports: Reports that comment on a driver's performance and should be followed up by a counseling session with said driver.
- Complimentary Reports: Reports which can be honored with public commendation or other forms of praise for the driver.
